1. API License & Acceptable Use

Vortex API grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our music search and media download proxy gateways.

Free Plan accounts receive a quota of **10,000 requests per month** with a burst limit of 3 requests per second. If you require higher throughput or concurrency, you must scale up your plan inside your dashboard settings.

2. Prohibited Platform Activities

To maintain portal integrity, the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate API key suspension:

• Exceeding burst limits via rapid, unthrottled request loops or brute-force scraping.
• Sharing your secret credentials or API keys (VX...) with unauthorized third parties.
• Re-selling API endpoints access or proxy tunnels without written consent.
• Attempting to bypass security barriers or spoof request telemetry data headers.

3. Wallet Deposits & Plan Purchases

Vortex API features an integrated wallet top-up system using VX Coins. Developers top up their balance to acquire premium plans or extra limits.

All currency balance additions, promotional codes redemptions, and plan purchases are final. Refunds are not issued for unused monthly credits, expired plan tokens, or suspended accounts due to Terms of Service violations.

4. Service Disclaimers & Limitations

Vortex API serves as a proxy cluster gateway. We make no guarantees regarding the lifetime persistence of specific media URLs, content availability, or uninterrupted server status, as source feeds depend on external services.

The platform is provided "as is". Vortex API shall not be held liable for application downtime, loss of development telemetry, or financial damages resulting from key suspensions due to rate limit abuse.
